Maxx Williams

Maxx Williams has extensive experience in applications management and software development, currently serving as Manager of Applications Management at HNI Corporation since May 2010. In this role, Maxx has created and led systems integration and automation teams, driving the strategic vision for process and workflow automation. Maxx previously held positions in release management and programming, contributing significantly to DevOps processes and ERP system implementations. An innovative software developer, Maxx has experience in various programming languages and has been involved in multiple front-office and back-office functional areas. Prior experience includes an internship at AEGON, where Maxx developed a service-oriented architecture model. Maxx holds a Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems from Iowa State University.
