Kim Proia

Kim Proia, P.E. currently serves as Vice President and Project Director at HNTB since October 2019. Prior to this role, Kim Proia was the National Transit Sr. Project Manager at AECOM from October 2012 to October 2019, leading Light Rail and Commuter Rail projects. Earlier experience includes serving as Principal Civil Engineer at URS Corporation from September 2007 to September 2012, focusing on transit and rail projects, and as Senior Civil Engineer at Parsons from July 1997 to August 2007, specializing in general civil engineering and track geometry. Kim Proia began the professional career as a Civil Engineer at Cowhey Gudmundson Leder, Ltd. from June 1994 to June 1997. Kim Proia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
