April Mize

April Mize is an experienced professional in organizational development and learning management, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Hoar Construction since October 2018. Previously, April held the position of Director of Organizational Development at Patient Engagement Advisors from April 2013 to September 2018 and founded Focused, LLC, where expertise in change management and leadership excellence was provided. Additional experience includes working as an Organizational Development Consultant at Children's of Alabama from March 2002 to April 2013, focusing on major change initiatives and employee development needs. April Mize holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Alabama and an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Alabama, Manderson Graduate School of Business.
