Philip Shepard

Philip Shepard is an experienced Project Manager at Hoar Construction since January 2015, with a strong background in construction and real estate development. Previously, Philip served as Development Project Manager at Rochford Realty & Construction Company from May 2006 to December 2014, successfully overseeing all phases of the Deerfield at Providence Phase II multi-family project. Philip's roles have included managing site operations, coordinating construction activities, and securing financing through comprehensive loan proposals. Earlier experience includes serving as Sr. Operations Manager and Project Superintendent for the Deerfield at Providence Phase I project and working as a Building Assistant at Turnberry Homes. Philip holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Auburn University.
