Kim Soucek

Kim Soucek has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as a Store Manager at Hobby Lobby since July 2020, after previously holding the position of Senior Assistant Manager. Between 2001 and 2019, Kim Soucek was the Store Manager at Ralphs, overseeing daily operations across multiple locations, recruiting and training staff, managing employee relations, and implementing safety policies.
