Shannon di Donato

Shannon Di Donato is currently a Board Member at Hog Island Oyster Co, a position held since February 2023. Previously, Shannon served as Chief People Officer at Clif Bar & Company from January 2014 to February 2023, where responsibilities included organization development, change and talent management, and culture building, along with partnering on a leadership succession plan. Prior experience includes serving as SVP of Human Resources at Jackson Family Wines from April 2013 to January 2014, leading HR initiatives and developing leadership programs. Shannon's career began with Levi Strauss & Co. as Senior Director of Human Resources from January 2002 to August 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Pepperdine University.
