Alexis Sainz

Alexis Sainz is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Hogan Lovells since August 2022. With extensive experience, Sainz previously held the position of Partner at Milbank LLP from September 2007 to June 2022 and has also served as Special Counsel and Associate within the same firm. In addition to legal practice, Sainz has contributed to the American Bar Association's Committee on Space Law as Co-Chair since June 2019. The early career includes roles at National Geographic Ventures as Developer - Technology and Consultant (2000-2006), Project Consultant at The World Bank in 2005, and Consultant at KPMG US from 1996 to 1999. Sainz began the professional journey as a Field Organizer for the National LGBTQ Task Force and as a Technology Specialist at Kiewit Computing - Dartmouth College. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, a Master of Science in Computer Science from American University, and a Bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College (1992-1996).
