Fayth Osborn

Fayth Osborn is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of Global IT Service Management at Hogan Lovells since September 2012. With a strong background in ITIL process disciplines, Fayth has successfully globalized service desk operations to become a 24/7 function and implemented key service management processes across the firm.
