Tomasz Żak

Tomasz Żak is an experienced legal professional with a longstanding career at Hogan Lovells, where employment commenced in June 2004. Currently serving as the Head of the M&A Warsaw practice, Tomasz holds the title of Counsel in the Corporate Department, specializing in M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations, corporate governance, and directors' liability. Prior roles at Hogan Lovells included Senior Associate and Associate positions within the same department. Before joining Hogan Lovells, Tomasz worked as a Lawyer in the International Affairs department at Comarch in 2004. Educational qualifications include an LL.M. in International Business Law from Central European University and a Master’s Degree in Law from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu.
