Victor Levy

Victor Levy is a seasoned legal professional specializing in competition law, with a career that includes significant roles at Hogan Lovells since September 2017, where Victor serves as Counsel, and previously as Senior Associate. Prior experience includes a position as Avocat at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, as well as internships at Bird & Bird AARPI and Weil Gotshal and Manges, focusing on competition law and related areas. Victor holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law, Antitrust, and Bankruptcy from New York University School of Law and multiple degrees in law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and Université Lyon 2, complemented by a Master 2 in Research in Mathematics from École normale supérieure de Lyon. Victor is admitted to practice in both the Barreau de Paris and the New York Bar.
