Wouter Jongen

Wouter Jongen has extensive experience in the legal sector, currently serving as a Partner in Banking & Finance at Hogan Lovells since October 2014. Additionally, Wouter has been a Guest Lecturer at King's College London for the LLM course on Financial Risk, Stability & Regulation since November 2008. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Wouter worked as a (Senior) Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from September 2005 to October 2014, with a brief secondment as a legal counsel at the Royal Bank of Scotland in 2008-2009. Wouter holds an LLM in Banking and Finance from King's College London and a law degree from Maastricht University, focusing on the European Law School program. Education was completed at Stella Maris Gymnasium.
