John Roulston-Bates

John Roulston-Bates serves as the CTO of Hogarth Studios since April 2024 and holds the position of District Chief at Williamson County ESD #10 since October 2022. Additionally, John has been elected as Alderman for the City of Coupland, TX, since November 2018, focusing on community representation. John’s previous roles include CTO for Wunderman Thompson\MSC, Technology Platforms and Partnerships Director at Young & Rubicam Group, and Chief Marketing Technologist at AdPeople. John's background in technology leadership spans from the early 2000s, with significant expertise in marketing technology and systems management. Prior involvement includes firefighting with the Coupland Volunteer Fire Department, where John served as Assistant Fire Chief. Educational background includes attendance at Rawlins.
