Margot Roozen

Margot Roozen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR & Leadership at Hogeschool van Amsterdam since October 2020. Prior to this role, Margot held positions including Talent Manager at Rabobank and various HR roles within Rabobank and NMB Bank Plc from 2009 to 2019. Margot has also worked as a Senior Manager of Training & Development at Amgen and as an HR Director at Gemeente Borsele. Margot's educational background includes a Master's degree in Marketing from London Business School, a Master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and Industrial & Health Psychology from the University of Amsterdam, and ongoing studies at TIAS School for Business and Society.
