Pascal Relf

Pascal Relf is currently serving as EMEA Retail Manager at HOKA since January 2025. Previously, Pascal held various positions at Nike from March 2015 to January 2025, including EMEA Manager Supply Chain & Operations, where oversight of NIKE-owned and wholesale operations across EMEA was key. Other roles included managing supply chain operations for Nike-owned full-priced locations, serving as General Manager of the premium Nike factory store in Hackney, and as Store Manager for the premium Nike store in Bluewater. Pascal began the career at Decathlon UK, where responsibilities included Universe Manager for mountain sports in Reading and Department Manager in Coventry, where opening a new store was part of the graduate retail management scheme. Pascal Relf earned a BSc in Sports and Materials Science from the University of Birmingham from 2009 to 2012.
