Alexander Scheld

Alexander Scheld is an experienced logistics professional currently serving as Group Head Logistics and Head of Logistics - Cement Excellence at Holcim since August 2019. Prior to this role, Alexander owned SP Log Consulting GmbH from October 2015 to December 2021 and was a Senior Partner at Expense Reduction Analysts from September 2013 to February 2021, specializing in cost and supplier management. Alexander's extensive background in logistics includes leadership positions at Kuehne + Nagel, including District Director for Brazil and Managing Director for Thailand and Cambodia, with previous roles as Branch Manager and Airfreight Manager. Alexander holds a Master of Science degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management, completed in 2007.
