Alfonso Paradinas Aguilera

Alfonso Paradinas Aguilera currently serves as the Global Chief Marketing Officer at Holcim, overseeing global marketing, branding, and innovation initiatives since February 2023. Prior to this role, Alfonso was the Europe Head of Strategy, focusing on circular cement manufacturing and green solutions for the construction industry. Previous leadership experience includes positions such as Managing Director for Sika in both Sweden and Tanzania, where significant accomplishments included building operations from the ground up, achieving positive financial outcomes, and developing HR policies. Alfonso also held roles in project management with DONG Energy, leading offshore wind farm projects, and with Sacyr Vallehermoso, managing multi-million euro motorway concession projects. Alfonso holds an MBA from INSEAD and has participated actively in various professional associations, including serving as President of the INSEAD Alumni Association Sweden and as a board member for the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Sweden.
