Justin Flack

Justin Flack has over 17 years of experience in the construction and materials industry, currently serving as General Manager at Holcim since April 2009, where responsibilities include regional P&L management for multiple ready-mix concrete and aggregate plants across Minnesota and North Dakota. Prior roles at Holcim include Senior Operations Manager and various technical and managerial positions in quality control and mix design. Justin began a career at Construction Engineers as a Project Engineer from July 2006 to April 2009. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from North Dakota State University, an MBA from the University of Mary, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Quarry Management & Operations from the University of Leicester.
