Karolus I.

Karolus I. is an experienced project manager currently serving as Capex Project Manager for Holcim, focusing on CAPEX projects and technical support within the US Cement Supply Chain since January 2023. Prior to this role, Karolus worked as a Project Manager at Jōb Industrial Services, where task execution and multidisciplinary team coordination were key responsibilities. Experience at Graymont included conducting feasibility studies and supervising projects in a dual capacity as project manager and field supervisor. Earlier roles involved industrial design at Tetra Tech, Cementation, and FLSmidth, where technical drawing and construction support were essential. Karolus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Rowan University and an Associate’s degree in Computer-Aided Drafting Technology from the College of Southern Idaho.
