Marjorie CHANTIN is an experienced R&D engineer and open innovation specialist at Holcim since April 2007, contributing to startups scouting, accelerator program organization, and the development of the Next Generation of Readymix Plant. Marjorie's previous roles at Holcim include R&D Engineer, where projects involved Airium insulation foam and concrete 3D printing, as well as Research Technician focusing on concrete 3D printing processes. Earlier positions include Country Transfer & Support Technician and Technicienne de laboratoire, emphasizing high-value concrete transfer and aggregate analysis, respectively. Prior to Holcim, Marjorie worked at TOTAL Centre de Recherche (CReS) as a laboratory technician, specializing in the formulation of bituminous binders. Marjorie holds a Bachelor's degree in digital transformation in industry from IRUP, an engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from ISTP, and a DUT in Chemistry from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
