Maxim Solovushkov

Maxim Solovushkov is an experienced maintenance manager currently working at Holcim since April 2010, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Environmental Health & Safety goals and effectively planning maintenance costs. Prior to this role, Maxim served as the head of the Preventive Maintenance department, establishing and implementing policies to enhance operational capacity. From March 2006 to April 2009, Maxim held the position of Head of the Technical Department of metalworking at OJSC Balakovorezinotekhnika, focusing on technical preparation and product development to improve quality and competitiveness. Maxim holds an engineering degree from Saratov State Technical University and a technician degree from Chemical Technology Technical School.
