Vanessa Godoy, PHR, M.A., is a seasoned human resources executive currently serving as EVP of Human Resources at HMA Mortgage since December 2024. With extensive experience in HR leadership, including previous roles as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at GO Mortgage and VP of Talent Management & HR Business Partner at InterContinental Capital Group, Inc., Vanessa has a proven track record of developing HR strategies that foster high performance, accountability, and diversity within organizations. Prior to these positions, Vanessa held various HR roles at Crowley and PHH Corporation, overseeing talent acquisition and employee relations for large workforces across multiple locations. Vanessa holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.
