Julie Lindberg Hollegaard

Julie Lindberg Hollegaard serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer for Visma DataLøn & ProLøn since April 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the P&C strategy for a 200-employee organization, leading a team, and managing people partner functions for the executive leadership team. Previous roles include HR Director and various positions within employee relations, particularly in labor law and negotiation of collective agreements, across notable companies such as Nordea and IBM. Julie holds an Elite MSc in International Law, Economics, and Management, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Commercial Law from Copenhagen Business School. Julie contributes as an Advisory Board Member for Candeno and has extensive experience in HR law and strategic recruitment.
