Jacob Adams

Jacob Adams, PhD, is an accomplished education leader and researcher with over two decades of experience in various roles. As the Founder and Chair of the Executive Board at Lift2Ascend Research Group, Jacob has built a global network of organizations dedicated to a unified mission. Currently, as the Director of Digital Operations at BYU-Pathway Worldwide, Jacob directs initiatives in AI/ML, CRM, and analytics to enhance student success. Previous leadership roles include strategic planning and assessment positions at BYU-Idaho and administrative responsibilities at Strayer University in global online education. Jacob holds a PhD in Education Leadership and Policy from the University of Utah, along with an M.Ed. and B.S. from Brigham Young University and Brigham Young University - Idaho, respectively.
