Krysta Aten-Schell

Krysta is an accomplished healthcare architect, strong team leader, and a skilled communicator. Working with healthcare institutions across New York State, Krysta brings her LEED and WELL design accreditations and affinity for innovation to each project she undertakes. She strives for excellence – not just for her clients, but also for her own career and the future of HOLT. Krysta has helped influence HOLT with new ideas and technologies, is a member of HOLT’s in-house Revit production team, and is always willing to put in the extra effort and go the extra mile to make her projects better.

Healthcare Architect, Krysta Aten-Schell, is leading the WELL Health-Safety Certification of HOLT's Ithaca and Syracuse offices. WELL Health-Safety seal helps building owners/operators respond to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic by measuring how well a building supports the occupants' health.
