Roze Kolaj

Roze Kolaj is an experienced project compliance professional currently serving as Project Compliance Manager and previously as Project Coordinator at Holt Construction since January 2017. Prior to this role, Roze held several positions at Famous Famiglia from September 2011 to September 2016, including General Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple terminal locations at IAH Airport and a team of over 25 employees. Roze also served as Operations Manager, collaborating with the COO to oversee operations of company-owned locations, and as Administrative Assistant, providing support to the Executive Assistant and managing tasks such as phone answering and filing.
