Nika Corwin

Nika Corwin, M.Ed, currently serves as the Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator at Home Instead since August 2023, where responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, and engaging Care Professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery. Previous experience includes roles as a Program Manager at Sylvan Learning and a Bartender at Forklift and Palate Restaurant, as well as serving as a Reading and Math Interventionist at Lebanon School District. Nika has extensive experience in education, having worked as an Eighth Grade RELA Teacher at Harford County Public Schools, and as a Commonwealth Governor's School Teacher, focusing on AP Language and Literature. Nika's educational background includes a Master of Education in Secondary Education from Canisius University and a Bachelor of Science in English Language and Literature from SUNY Brockport. Additionally, Nika held a position as PTO President at Johnstone Elementary School, demonstrating leadership and project management skills in support of school-wide goals.
