Raini Eldorado

Raini Eldorado is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Home Instead since November 2022. Additionally, Raini holds the role of New Member Educator Adviser at Delta Zeta Sorority and has an extensive background in various positions including Server/Bartender and Human Resources Assistant at Ritz Charles, as well as New Member Educator at Delta Zeta Sorority. Prior experience includes roles at Art Crystal, Ltd. and Cornerstone Center for the Arts, along with serving as Shift Lead at Red Mango, Inc. Raini is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development at the University of Louisville, building on a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Ball State University.
