Jill Harman

Jill Harman has extensive experience in leadership and management within the real estate investment sector, currently serving as the Senior Director of Resident Partners at Home Partners of America® since December 2015. Responsibilities encompass oversight of multiple teams, strategic planning, performance reporting, and the creation of new programs. Prior roles include managing broker and agent engagement initiatives as Senior Manager of Relationship Management, as well as achieving sales goals as Account Manager across several markets. Earlier experience includes training and management at City Press Juice & Bottle and market research analysis at HIMSS. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Acting & Dialect Coaching from Butler University.
