Vivien Waterfield Cbe

Vivien Waterfield CBE is an experienced executive in the charitable sector, currently serving as Deputy Chief Executive at Home-Start UK since June 1998, where expertise includes strategic leadership, change management, fundraising, and communications. Waterfield also contributes as an External Adviser to the Royal College of Nursing Foundation and has held leadership roles such as Board Director and Chair of the Business Development Committee at Curve Theatre from January 2015 to December 2021. Previous positions include Regional Appeals Manager at Action for Children and Marketing Manager at both Haymarket Theatre and Phoenix Arts Centre.
