Susan Kelly

Susan Kelly is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Homebound since April 2024. Previously, Susan held the position of Director of Engineering - Brand Growth at Faire, where oversight included six teams comprising approximately 55 engineers and managers, focusing on brand experience enhancement. Prior experience includes Associate Director of Engineering at Wayfair, leading a team of over 70 for consumer-facing websites and mobile applications, and Director of Product Development at Verizon, managing a team of 40+ in web and mobile products. Earlier roles involved directing technology development at Keyword Connects by EverConnect and building a software development team at Finalsite. Susan Kelly holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and both a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Computer Science and a Bachelor of Engineering from Tufts University.
