We serve more than 5,000 adults, veterans, families, and youth each year at over 15 locations including our Boccardo Reception Center, which is the county’s largest homeless services center.

The Client Services Team at HomeFirst is dedicated to directly supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness by providing comprehensive and personalized assistance. Team members, including Housing Specialists, Case Managers, Outreach Specialists, Clinicians, and Peer Specialists, work collaboratively to assess client needs, develop individualized housing plans, and offer essential support services such as counseling, advocacy, and emergency shelter management. Their primary goal is to eliminate barriers to housing, ensuring clients can achieve and maintain stable housing.
