Ryan Miranda is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in overseeing technical deliverables and guiding engineering teams. Currently serving as the Head of Tech & Engineering at Homely.com.au since January 2013, Ryan has successfully restructured the development organization, introduced a strategic pillar of "Engineering Excellence," and led significant projects that improved efficiency and consumer engagement. Previously, Ryan held roles such as Tech Lead and Lead Software Engineer, demonstrating a strong track record in leading teams and optimizing processes. With a background in technical writing and various programming roles at companies like Code Maze, StreetAdvisor, and IBM, Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computing from Monash University.
