Chad Brown

Chad Brown serves as the broker and owner of Homewaters Recreational Real Estate since October 2006, focusing on the growth and sustainability of each agent’s real estate business through marketing strategies, training, and industry insights. Prior to this role, Chad co-founded 45th Parallel Realty, L.L.C. in January 2004, adapting to technological changes in the real estate industry. Earlier in Chad's career, from 1997 to 1999, leadership as Food and Beverage Manager at Grand Traverse Resort and Spa involved overseeing the hiring and training of employees across multiple outlets. Chad holds education credentials from Central Michigan University, attended from 1991 to 1993.
