Jana Caldwell

Jana Caldwell is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR management and accounting. Currently serving as a part-time HR Generalist at ConGenius since May 2023, Jana previously held the position of Platform HR Manager at Watts Water Technologies from September 2001 to January 2021, where responsibilities included managing a team of HR Generalists across multiple sites and overseeing various HR functions. Prior to that, Jana worked as a Human Resources/Accounting Manager for Watts Water Technologies' Springfield, MO site, leading both HR and accounting activities. Their career began at Heatway, where Jana held roles from Controller/Human Resources Manager to Accounting Coordinator & Assistant Controller. Jana holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Webster University and a BBA in Accounting from Pittsburg State University.
