Munish Kalra

Munish Kalra is a seasoned performance engineering professional with extensive experience in leading performance testing initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Lead Performance Engineer at Honeywell Sparta since November 2020, Munish previously worked as a Performance Test Lead at Accenture in India, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of performance testers and establishing domain-level strategies for performance testing. Munish began their career as a Performance Test Engineer at companies such as Backbase and Tata Consultancy Services, where Munish contributed to key projects like ABN AMRO in an Agile environment. Additional experience includes roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Performance Testing-SME, focusing on gathering non-functional requirements and performance testing projects, as well as early roles at IBM. Munish holds an Engineer's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
