Matt Critchell

Matt Critchell serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at HONK since September 2024, leading initiatives to boost revenue growth through sales, marketing, and business development strategies. Previously, Critchell held the same title at Manifest Climate from May 2021 to September 2024, where responsibilities included cross-functional collaboration on go-to-market strategies and Board communication. Prior roles included Vice President of Sales at eCompliance from March 2018 to May 2021, where comprehensive revenue growth was achieved across multiple product lines. Critchell's experience extends to a variety of sales leadership positions at Element Fleet Management and Canon Canada, supporting business development and client relations. Critchell earned an HBA in Sport Management from Brock University in 2008 and has been an active member of Modern Sales Pros since March 2018.
