Hailey Reese

Hailey Reese is a skilled professional with a strong background in data analytics and technology delivery. Hailey currently serves as the Director of Professional Services at Hoodie Analytics, overseeing analytics and technology initiatives since October 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Data Analytics & Architecture Manager and Data & Pipelines Consultant at Leaf Trade, as well as various positions at Verano, including Data Engineer Manager and Analytics Engineer. In addition, Hailey developed computer science curricula at Lakeshore Sport & Fitness and contributed to talent management processes at Bedrock Detroit, where significant improvements in onboarding costs and intern satisfaction were achieved.
