Lauren Keefer

Lauren Keefer has extensive experience in retail and customer service roles, currently serving as a Medical Biller at Hoover Rehabilitation Services, Inc since February 2017. In addition, Lauren has been an Assistant Manager at Janie and Jack since February 2014, focusing on product promotion and customer satisfaction. Previous positions include Demonstrator at Acosta and Bake Shoppe Attendant at Hershey Chocolate World, where responsibilities included food preparation and customer engagement. Lauren also worked as a Key Holder at Totes Isotoner, assisting tourists with their traveling needs. Academically, Lauren earned a Bachelor of Humanities in Communication from Penn State Harrisburg and completed general studies at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
