Becca Graner

Becca Graner currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Premier Orthopaedics and as the Senior Vice President at Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo), with both roles commencing in September 2023. Prior to these positions, Becca held the roles of Regional Director of Operations and Regional Manager of Operations at Rothman Orthopaedic Institute from November 2015 to August 2023. Becca’s early career included serving as the Assistant Director of Adult Mental Health at Access Services from September 2009 to October 2015, and a Forensic Case Manager at The Centers, Inc. from September 2007 to May 2009. Becca began professional work as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner at Access Services from November 2006 to September 2007. Becca holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Marylhurst University.
