Lisa Weaver

Lisa Weaver is Chief Integration and External Relations Officer for the Southern California region of Providence. With 11 hospitals, multiple physician organizations and ancillary services, Providence is one of the largest healthcare providers in Southern California, serving Los Angeles, Orange County, and the High Desert. In her role, Lisa is responsible for leading and facilitating internal and external integration strategies and initiatives that align with the overall strategic vision of the organization, strengthen physician and community partnerships, help expand and integrate services across the region and coordinate regional governance functions.

She also has responsibility for helping to lead marketing and communication strategies and partners with government affairs on regional advocacy efforts and community health investment on community benefit activities. Prior to moving into her role in November 2017, Lisa was Regional Vice President of Strategic Services for St. Joseph Health, which included Orange County and the High Desert.
