Lea Sanders

Lea Sanders, MSW, LSW, currently serves as the Program Manager of Prevention and Diversion Services at HopePHL since January 2023. Previously, Lea worked as a FES Case Manager at Youth Service, Inc. from December 2019 to May 2022, and as a Foster Care Case Manager at theVillage 1877 from October 2018 to October 2019, where regular home visits were conducted in accordance with agency and DHS guidelines. Experience also includes an internship at Back on My Feet and significant roles as Team Leader with AmeriCorps NCCC, where leadership and support were provided to AmeriCorps members, and at Youth For Peace, focused on community outreach and education. Lea's academic background includes a Master of Social Work from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, completed in May 2022, along with attendance at Chestnut Hill College and Sanford Calhoun High School.
