Genevieve Rowland

Genevieve Rowland, MBA, currently serves as AVP of Worksite Development at Horace Mann since September 2024. Prior to this role, Rowland accumulated extensive experience at Liberty Mutual Insurance from September 2012 to September 2024, holding various positions including Senior Project Manager in Strategy & Transformation for GRS Tech, where responsibilities included project management for process optimization and outsourcing, as well as vendor management and continuous improvement initiatives. Rowland's earlier roles at Liberty Mutual included Program Manager for Strategic Partnerships and Senior Account Relations Associate. Before Liberty Mutual, Rowland worked as a Senior Research Analyst at CoStar Group and completed an internship at the Office of Congressman Scott Garrett. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing & Corporate Communications from the University of Baltimore.
