Rhonda Allen is an ITSM certified professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and systems engineering. Currently serving as an Infrastructure Engineer at Horace Mann since April 2022, Rhonda has previously worked in significant roles, including Network System Engineer IV at Genesis10, where support was provided for over 200,000 email mailboxes at Bank of America. Prior experience includes a System Administrator Specialist role at NTT DATA Services, managing a hybrid Exchange environment, and an Exchange Online Escalation Engineer position at Microsoft. With a strong background in virtual environments, server management, and technical support, Rhonda has held various positions spanning from technical support to systems consulting, demonstrating a solid foundation in IT management and systems integration.
