Nikhil Pandhi

Nikhil Pandhi is a seasoned professional with a comprehensive background in project management and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at HORIBA MIRA since September 2022, Nikhil has demonstrated expertise in optimizing resources and empowering teams, along with successfully implementing streamlined project management methodologies. Prior to this role, Nikhil was a Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineer with HM Forces from January 2013 to August 2022, where leadership qualities led to recognition as the Best Soldier of the Year and the successful adoption of agile practices that improved equipment availability and delivery timelines. Nikhil holds a Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering from Coventry University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kurukshetra University.
