Melissa Budzinski

Melissa Budzinski is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical services management. Since October 2011, Melissa has served as Vice President of Clinical Services at Horizon Health, demonstrating leadership and strategic oversight. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Clinical Services Manager at Diamond Healthcare from February 2006 to September 2011. Earlier in career, from February 2001 to February 2006, Melissa worked at the State of North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Regulation as Team Leader for Mental Health Hospitals and Psychiatric Units, as well as serving as a State Surveyor, showcasing a strong background in mental health and regulatory oversight.
