Shanika McCray

Shanika McCray B.S. has extensive experience in health care administration and management, currently serving as a Supervisor in HNS Utilization Management at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since October 2016. In this role, Shanika oversees daily management and training of staff, coordinates departmental activities and special projects, and ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service. Prior experience includes serving as an Admissions Supervisor at PharmScript LLC from August 2012 to October 2016 and working in data entry and customer service at Partners Pharmacy from November 1999 to August 2010. Shanika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Capella University and an Associate of Science degree in Social Sciences from Essex County College, along with a diploma in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from The Chubb Institute of Technology.
