Rick Gonzalez

Rick Gonzalez is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Horizon Two Labs since February 2024. Previously, Rick held the position of Chief Technology Officer and Head of B2B Growth and Development at Tribevest from June 2022 to March 2024. As CEO of Clarrow from September 2021 to June 2022 and Founder and CEO of RoamHR from March 2018 to October 2021, Rick demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Additionally, Rick founded Ownerfeed.com and served as VP digital business architect at Huntington National Bank, where business strategy and infrastructure design for digital channels were emphasized. Rick began a career at USAA as Lead Ebusiness Advisor - Mobile, focusing on mobile channel offerings, and gained valuable experience as a Senior IT Architect overseeing performance and capacity planning. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from The University of Texas at Austin.
