Mike Raths

Mike Raths currently serves as the QHSE Manager at Horizontal Wireline Services, a position held since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Wireline Logging Solutions, where Mike was both Operations Manager and Senior Wireline Engineer from December 2019 to November 2024, and at Weatherford as a Senior Engineer from February 2007 to November 2019. In these positions, Mike completed over 750 wireline operations and focused on safety, efficiency, and service quality. Mike's career began in the U.S. Army as a Combat Engineer Sergeant from February 2003 to February 2007, with assignments in Germany and Ft. Leonardwood, MO. Mike holds an Associate's degree in Construction Management from Rochester Community and Technical College, attended Midland College from 2019 to 2021, and graduated from Kenyon-Wanamingo Senior High School in 2001.
