Prama Bhatt

Prama Bhatt is an experienced leader with a strong background in digital transformation and eCommerce. Currently serving as a Director on the Board of Directors at Hormel Foods since November 2019, Prama previously held several key positions at Ulta Beauty from July 2014 to March 2024, including Chief Digital Officer and Senior Vice President of Digital & eCommerce. Prior experience also includes leadership roles at Kenneth Cole Productions, Toys R Us, and Booz Allen Hamilton, as well as a supervisory position at Ford Motor Company. Prama holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan, an MSEE in Control Systems from Wayne State University, and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Oakland University.
