Zachary Billings

Zachary Billings currently serves as a Client Service Executive - Senior Manager for Government Services at HORNE, leading the implementation and management of the IRA Home Energy Rebate program portfolio. Concurrently, Billings is a member of the Plan Commission for the City of Fitchburg. Previously held roles include Manager of New Product Development and New Products Marketing Manager at Madison Gas and Electric, where responsibilities included managing product expansion and customer engagement initiatives. Experience also encompasses project management for Franklin Energy Services, Epic, and various other organizations, focusing on energy efficiency programs, integrated EMR software implementation, and business process management.
